Enterprise culture can be defined from both broad and narrow perspectives. Broad enterprise culture includes physical culture, social culture and spiritual culture, while narrow enterprise culture is the spiritual culture. From this view to comprehend, the definition of enterprise culture is the combination of concepts, culture and value, which was gradually formed by enterprises and theirs staffs in the process of production, operation and management. Enterprise culture can be divided into three levels, which are surface, middle and deep level. Surface level is the external culture; middle level is the system culture; deep level is the core enterprise culture. In these three levels, the core is deep culture, generally named as enterprise spirit. It is the soul of enterprise which dominates the behavior trend of the enterprise and its staff, and conducts the middle and surface culture.Nowadays, under the circumstance of international political multipolarization, globalization of world economy, globalization of enterprise operations, information resource network and resource conformity, enterprises not only need to research comparative economy, but also need to study comparative culture, namely comparing Chinese culture with foreign culture, and comparing traditional culture with modern culture. Moreover, Enterprises need to study Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Management, Art of Leadership, and Human Resource Management etc, as well as need to satisfy the demand of staff as much as possible at various stages, in order to truly combine the human resource management and enterprise culture development, and avoid neglecting outstanding staff as well as make staff satisfy their work and work efficiently. Consequently, individual ability, interest, self-development and enterprise development would be harmony and unification, and so do the enterprise, social and business environment.From the international perspective on China's enterprise development and by using the knowledge of business administration and a great deal of case analysis, I clearly explain the formation and development of enterprise culture, and claim the affection and purpose of it as well as state the current status and future affections of its development. Especiallyfrom the different view of western enterprise culture development, such as equality, hierarchy, individual or teamwork, by comparing China's current states of enterprise culture, a more clear position is given for our enterprise culture development. There is a comprehensive analysis on the affection of Chinese traditional culture to current enterprise culture development, for instance, the new definition of Chinese Character"Buddha"and shackles in case five. The Chinese character of"Buddha"is the combination of"person"and"(?)"."(?)"is the reverse image of"(?)", which is the symbol of wealth and money. Once someone has money or wealth, he should return the money or wealth to social and public. In that case, he could have incredible wisdom, and become Buddha. While there is also a word in Jewish Bible Talmud that money is the gift from god and wealth is the god of reality. The new comprehension of shackles is that money in China has another name"Brother KongFang", once someone has not enough wisdom and he is addicted into money, namely"(?)", then money becomes the shackles of person and it is hard to extract from it. There were lots of corrupt officials who wore the shackle of money, went into prison.Not only analyzes the influence of Chinese traditional culture to current enterprise culture development, this thesis also claims the impact and role played by American culture, Japanese culture and European culture. The importance of system culture development is emphasized in this article. The reason why it need to be emphasized is because the comparison of Chinese and European culture and a word of Profession Yulin Xu that"if human manage human, the effect will decrease along with each generation, while system manage people, the result is different". I dare to call on that it is necessary to learn the system culture development from Japan and America, and follow the international system. On the basis of the certification of ISO9000 and ISO14000, it is also necessary to certificate enterprises with ethical standard SA8000 and standardize the social responsibility of enterprises.This thesis also used the study result that"work pressure, the U-type performance of work"in organizational behavior. The detailed content of this study is that"if the pressure on enterprise staff is too high or too low, the efficiency is low; if the pressure is slightly below the middle level, the staff will be activated, and the reaction ability will be enhanced, then the individual working passion will be increased, reaching the best state and creating best working performance.This article emphasized on the ways and measures of enterprise culture development and explained them in details from eight aspects, especially in brand building, claiming a new theory that mixing the content of enterprise culture with the enterprise brand, in order to greatly increase the brand value. On the point of the ownership of enterprise culture development, this thesis stated and demonstrated that the coexistence of"integration of human and enterprise","integration of enterprise and social"and multicultural, as well as the view of system harmonious and sustainable development.By using a great number of case studies and theory researches, this thesis fully demonstrate that the issue, argument and conclusion raised in"the comparable research and development of enterprise culture", containing new points and feasible execution.
