Domestic real estate marketing is taking advantage from today's economic police which give a lot of benefit to real estate industry and hope it can be the leading role in China economic developing. Facing WTO and crucial competition in the 21st century, real estate company A has to redefine its developing stratagem to survive. Research on how to bring value management theory into developing of real estate enterprises is very meaningful for corporations who want to ease business crisis and make themselves gaining constant ability of developing.The main issue of this thesis is corporation value creation. It shows the opportunity and challenge company A is facing by analyzing the internal and external environment for it. Therefore, company A will redefine its position and direction base on what they realize of the environment they meet. This paper analysis the macroscopic environment of real estate industry, and also analysis the internal and external environment company A is facing. Further more, it gives the advantage and disadvantage company A has by using SWOT method, discusses competition and development theory, then give out an executable company developing stratagem bases on the actually instance. And gives the concerning security and back up as well.
