Nowadays, real-estate developing enterprises have to be faced with new economic trends. Knowledge is regarded as a valuable strategic asset. How to capture and disseminate knowledge that exits in the organization throughout the organization is becoming an important problem to the Real-estate developing enterprises. However, there is no research that has been done regarding how to combine Knowledge Management with real-estate developing enterprises.This paper revolves the management characteristics of real-estate developing enterprises, mainly discussed the classification of knowledge resources, and advanced a management platform and an index system for evaluating situation.First, we discussed the necessity for real-estate developing enterprises of practicing knowledge manegement.
