With the fact that cultural tourism develops fastly, modern museum is not only the palace of knowledge, but also a rest lieu where visitors can learn something while having fun. Docents are important in communicating musuems with visitors. They are responsible for propagating and realizing the mission and purpose of the museum, and offering the visitors with high quality travel experience.Based on the satisfaction theory, this article studies the visitors' travel experience in the museum, analyzes the effects of docents' interpretive service. By systematically reviewing theory and practice of interpretive service in museum tourism, it emphasizes on summarizing factors that influence visitors' satisfaction to docents' interpretive service. After expert consulting and field survey in China National Silk Museum, it uses Factor Analysis to deal with datas. The result shows that visitors pay attention to interpretive skill, service attitude, contents and expression, there are three components including 24 contents in total.Through Logistic Regeression Analyses, relationship of subitem satisfaction and total satisfaction are formulated. Meanwhile, characteristics and laws of visitors' behavior are discussed using Descriptive Statistics, Correlate Analysis, Independent-Sample T Test, One-Way ANOVA , and so on. IPA (importance-performance analysis) helps to estimate docents' interpretive service in China National Silk Museum. The result shows that visitors take much seriously on the docents' service attitude, and docents should be more patient while interpreting, know how to deal with different situations, pay more attention to the study effect of visitors,so that to increase visitors' satisfaction and improve the quality of museum tourism.
