A Company's Supply Chain Management Problems And Countermeasures

This thesis regards a State-owned Enterprise A which is in a third party logistics industry as the research object. The author of this thesis tries to explore the problems of the supply chain management system of this enterprise by collection of information and questionnaire investigation, etc . tries to identify and analyze the current logistics development problem in this company. And tries to discuss the Logistics Development Strategy of the company e from the macro perspective with the theory of integrational supply management and related logistics knowledge.in accord with period so that to reduce operational costs with using the modern management theory tools and advanced logistics information technology, to improve its logistics operational speed, quality and efficiency to increase the central competing ability in the market and to relize the maximization of the ultimate economic efficiency finally.The thesis is mainly divided into four parts as following: Chapter one: Introduce the overview of the company including the business background. Overall development of the company and its existing logistics system status.Chapter two:Describes the way and process of the current qustion for Enterprise A in the supply chain management and and analysis .to Piont out the current questions and causes.Chapter three:to put forward constructive proposals for A logistics company with the help of theories and principles of the building, and specific methods and programs. Chapter four: Make a summary on this thesis, discuss the question which may be meet in the constrction , point out the deficiency of this research.
