| In today's world, intensive market competition and fast changing market demand force the supply chain to bundle closer in each link to move towards a closer cooperative road. In traditional supply chain cooperation, it usually needs a core enterprise to provide technology and service; other enterprises are considered as partners. On one hand, the core enterprise must contribute large human and product resources to build its networks, on the other hand, other enterprises might be limited due to uncertainties. Under these circumstances, the Virtual Supply Chain was born; it has become the enterprises' way to increase competitive advantages especially in small enterprises.But Medium and small enterprises is acting a especially important role in the development of our country economy, at the beginning of 1980s,the enterprise clusters prosperously with the develops, and demonstrated the unique competitive advantage, becoming a very important means of Medium and small enterprises facing the international competition, but because of the limited development time, it has not formed the competitive advantage and lack of competition ability. Therefore, the virtual supply chain theory in the Clusters' application has a very strong practical meaning. According to the present situation, Medium and small enterprises should use the virtual supply chain effectively, establish a rapid reaction in the flow, realize the value innovation and form the enterprise competitive advantage.Discuss the process of virtual supply chain and analyze the advantages and disadvantages,elaborated the relationship between the virtual supply chain and competitive ability.
