With the economic globalization and arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy, the competition between enterprises has already become fiercer and fiercer. The competition has already been changed from the traditional hardware condition competition of the past into the software. Creation, using, appreciation of intelligence and the reasonable disposition of resource has to rely on staff of type of intelligence. The staff have become the important component of enterprise's value. It is clearly that to find out about enterprise intelligence type situation of staff, can enthusiasm to shift them effectively. So how to encourage becoming very concerned problem of Huaken international company to them on the basis of staff's demand characteristic.This text is divided into four parts:Chapter one is the introduction. It puts forward the meanings and research methods and frames of background, research of studying; Chapter two is the theoretical foundation that the human resources encourage. It points out meaning and characteristic of the human resources at first, then it introduces the theoretical foundation that the human resources encourage from motivational theory in detail; Chapter three is the current situation analysis that the human resources encouragement of Huaken international company, this chapter analyzes the existing problem of Huaken international company, and the human resources lack the career of encourage, train the incentive mechanism to be insufficient, the salary is encouraged dully and the corporate culture is not paid attention to; The mechanism of the fourth chapter is the encourages for the human resources of Huaken international company, this chapter draw out the incentive mechanism from training, salary, value meet and to intelligence incentive mechanism of person corporate culture.
