At present, human resources management is increasingly arising attention from enterprise managers, more and more enterprises realize the important effect of enterprise human resources on enterprise development, as the key factor for enterprise development and talents also arouses emphasis from every country. As for enterprise, whether it has enough talent with higher level has become to be the determinative factor for stable development of enterprise. At present, the competition among countries and enterprises is always developing by surrounding talent contention, it can be said that doing well in human resources development and human resources management has become to be the basic precondition for the survival and development of enterprises.This paper firstly illustrates the concept of human resources management as well as lists its characteristics and relevant theory. Secondly, we introduce current management mechanism and organization structure state, personnel structure state, company employment and selection, company personnel training, company performance assessment and company encouragement state of A company. And it finds out the existing problems and analyzes causes of these problems respectively from talent selection system, performance system, encouragement mechanism and training system. Thirdly, this paper puts forward suggestion on talent selection system, performance system, salary system design, encouragement measure and training system design of A company. In the end of this paper, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures on guarantee measures for A company to implement human resources management system:carry out the management idea of people-oriented, accelerate information system construction of enterprise, promote organization structure adjustment of enterprise and strengthen enterprise cultural construction,. It hopes that this paper can have beneficial reference effect on human resources management of logistics company.
