Design And Realization Of Installation Agricultura Service Guarantee System For Meteorological Disasters Based On GIS

In recent years, China's planting area of facilities agriculture expanded rapidly,and it also developed rapidly, which not only promoted the comprehensive development of national economy, but aiso has made up for congenital deficiency of traditional agriculture. But due to the particularity of facilities agriculture, it often suffered from the disaster which climate changes bring. To other crops climate changes are not disasters, but they could cause serious influence on facilities agricultural and even worst has no harvest. Thus,it is particularly important to establish facilities agriculture service guarantee system of meteorological disasters.With the rapid development of computer technology, GIS seeps into all walks of life. Based on the development platform of Visual Studio2008, and on the basis of application development kit of ArcEngine, i design and develop the C/S part of the system, which is responsible for displaying and processing of monitoring data, etc.; Meanwhile under the support of the technology of Web2.0, i use development framework of Flex Viewer and WebService service, design and develop B/S part of the system, which is used for publishing online, inquiring sites and rendering map of monitoring data, etc. Full text explores GIS in the application of facilities agriculture.The main contributions are the following:This paper introduces the development of facilities agriculture in China, analyzes the current status and prospects of facilities agriculture, proposes the necessity of the establishment of service guarantee system.
