Study On Small Town Sewage Treatment Plant Process And Selecting Key Factors Of Internet Of Things

This thesis discussed and studied the technology and operation status of domestic small town sewage treatment plant on the basis of survey of 12 sewage treatment plants that in Suzhou xiangcheng district. The survey results show that now small town sewage treatment plants mainly can be divided into three kinds: life sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment plants and comprehensive sewage treatment plants. It mainly takes A/O process, A~2/O process, oxidation ditch process, SBR and improvement of SBR process, etc for applied technology.The existing small town sewage treatment plant has the characteristics of numerous and scattered, small amount of water, widely range of water quality, weak investment, scattered resources, and the managerial and technical level of staff is relatively backward, etc.In view of the above situation, this paper proposes to establish the small towns sewage treatment plant on the Internet of Things. With it some small town sewage treatment plants can implement centralized control in the area, networking type to concentrate superior resources and enhance the operation reliability of wastewater treatment plant, increase the stability of the system, reduce operating costs, enhance area of macro control and unified sewage control.For the 12 sewage treatment plants of Xiangcheng as an example, it discuss the factors that affect the process on the basis of extensive analysis of its application process. And by doing small scale experiments in laboratory under the conditions of anaerobic or aerobic to seclect the factors of HRT,aeration and DO,intermittent of aeration mode,temperature,pH and Etc. And Try to do the experiments by controlling one or two key factors to study the possibility of controling several aerobic or anaerobic experiments running stablely. And by design,construction and running of the laboratory of sewage treatment on Internet of Things.It will provide reference to establishment of small town sewage treatment plant on Internet of Things. It will provide the basis for the small town sewage treatment plants to monitoring,operation and management better. It also provides a good reference to regional sewage treatment plant for efficient operation and management.
