In the production and processing of acesulfame, manufacturing processes as well as equipments are considered to be the most important prerequisites for producing quality qualified products. Only with equipments of excellent performance and scientific process flow, can the good quality acesulfame be produced. Therefore,research about the reasonable of manufacturing process and equipment selection, are not only very important for contributing to food additives developing, but also very meaningful to our research.This paper carries out the process design of acesulfame factory base on the Jiangxi Beiyang Food Additive Co.Ltd.and mainly concerns about the general layout of the acesulfame,the process flow as well as the proper equipment layout in acesulfame factory.This scheme can reach the capacity of 1000 ton per year high quality acesulfame. This scheme is designed under the guide of state relative standardization,with the trait of complete flow diagram,stable maehine running performance,easy operation and maintenance,and reasonable layout.The obvious trait of this seheme are as follows:To take actions that suit local circumstances,to suit the measure to local conditions. The uniform machine list can assure the spare parts commonality, all the machines are used domestic advanced type. The most extent of mechanization can assure normal running of the tower with less staff,easy maintenanee. Consideration of enough space for machine maintenance and,safe operation and operators healthiness.Process is reasonable and practical,whichcan assure lower power consumption,high-quality feed and high capacrity,lower running cost.
