Dexamethasone was a kind of steroid hormone drugs which was relatively safe and widely used in clinical.Meanwhile,many new derivatives were developed from it.constantly.As the development of research on glucocorticoid receptor and molecular biology,its mechanism in vivo was illustrated which in turn made it available to derive new type medicine with higher activities and less side-effects.In the meantime,many new formulas were developed such as tablet,injection,ointment etc.These new formulas were mainly used for treating glycometabolism,anti-inflammatory,antianaphylaxis.Dexamethasone Grignard compound was widely used and required intensely in the market because it is the key intermediate of Dexamethasone.Hence,it had attractive market prospects and economic benefits owning to design a Dexamethasone Grignard Compound production line which met the requirement of GMP and EHS.This thesis consists of production situations,workshop design and other related designs of Dexamethasone Grignard compound process.
