Based on the current domestic research situation of plastics recycling granulation technology, a new type of plastics recycling technology is put forward in this research, it is hot melting granulation method of plastic recycling.This method is to use hot air heating to recycled plastic, until melt, the helical blade screw extruder after the extrusion granulation.Since hot air flow is good, so in the heating process, the shape of the object to be processed has little effect on its heat, so using this method eliminates the need for traditional plastic recycling granulator crushing part of the process. The main contents are as follows:1. This project was developed by the spindle system, transmission system, feed bodies, heating systems, hot air circulation system, several components of the hot molten plastic recycling pelletizing unit. The device is running smoothly, low noise, compact, modular design, manufacture is simple, easy to install. In addition, the heating of the hot air heated circulation system is repeated for the second heating, energy conservation, moreover waste gas isn't produced in the whole process.2. Direct to the traditional granulator heating inertia characteristics, proposed the method of frequency heating. In the heating process, the system according to the current temperature and set temperature difference between the value of pre-configured and automatically change the heater temperature coefficient of time than the method of power gains and losses, thereby changing the method of heating power to achieve the purpose that to accurately control heating temperature. This paper presents the detailed algorithm of frequency heating, and compared with the traditional method of temperature control, it has better accuracy temperature control.3. The development of hot melt granulator temperature control systems, including The PC-based control system for VC6.0 and Omron PLC-based program under the crew, through the operation of PC control interface, can be achieved on the granulator Control operation. These include:PLC to read and write data within the system parameters, processing parameters, motor control, real-time curves of heating temperature display and output. In addition, the system through the method of combining software and hardware, starting and stopping control provides a hardware and software start-stop control of two control modes. In software control mode, the operator based on the actual situation, you can manually run, frequency heating, automatic temperature control run-off pattern of three on the heating temperature control.4. Polyflow screw extruder is established based on the temperature distribution during the simulation, get the screw out of the optimum parameters. Reference to the simulation results, the use of hot melt plastic recycling machine extrusion carried out experimental study. Meanwhile, PC control software has been tested and debugged the control system.Tests showed that the hot air melt the research and development of plastic recycling machine control system is reliable, powerful, simple, flexible, visualization is good, under the control of heating temperature inertia, high accuracy. Processing out of the prototype can be effectively carried out granulation of waste plastics.
