As the most important means of conveyance which connect ground to underround in the mine, mine hoisting system's running status has influence on the safety production of coal mine. Due to the moisture content, gangue content and so on. raw coal's density and viscosity changes greatly, coal slow-moving often occurs while the skip unloading. The secondary load that often produces and causes to appear overload if coal slow-moving doesn't find immediately. To prevent the occurrence of overload and unbalance of thetensions among the hoisting ropes, guarantee the safe production of hoisting, the research of on-line monitoring system for lifting load of mine shaft is very essential. This article applied a programming language which can present in figures and diagrams-LabVIEW, a tension of wire rope sensor is designed, the sensor is installed between bracket and fuel tank of tension to balance the hoisting device automatically in skip, achieving wire rope tension measurement. the tensity signal is entered the electromagnetism signal launch and the receiving device after data analysis, then enlarged and crossed the band pass filter, sent in the computer to analysis, processed and demonstrated. When overloading, not discharging empty and rope tension imbalance, the system will carry on the corresponding malfunction alert. This article applies the LabVIEW to develop the on-line monitoring system for lifting load of mine shaft, the main interface is rich, it also reflects the skip unloading situation, carries on the graphical display and the data demonstration. Through the laboratory simulation, that system can carry out kinds of design function...
