Dark Color Paint Algorithm And Simulation Research And Implementation In Paint Industry

Computer color matching simulation raised form the textile industry, and implemented in many areas related to the color, but the application of computer color matching simulation for painting industry is relatively late. With the development of society, the application requirement of the paint is growing., so computer color matching has broad prospect. The dark color matching of paint in the practical application is an indispensable part. View that there always has Chromatic aberration in the computer dark color matching of the paint industry, database building, simulation and amendments about dark color matching simulation in paint industry were researched in this paper.The main content and research results of this paper include:(1) For the algorithm research of paint dark color matching, this paper started from anglicizing the features of database building of dark color matching, the relative paint color parameters describe method was targeted used, the multi-base database building algorithm of dark color matching and conception of the relative thickness was proposed, and the algorithm was verified by application. The research not only simplifies the process of building a database, but also solves the problem of obtaining inaccurate paint color parameter data by traditional algorithm.(2) In the paint dark color matching simulation research, the process of dark color matching was analyzed deeply. For the situation that the dark color paint does not cover completely, the dark color paint simulation matching algorithm was proposed considering the base does not covered completely, and the algorithm was experimentally verified. The problem of the chromatic is lager which is caused by the base in the color matching has been solved.(3) In the paint dark color matching simulation algorithm modify research, the multi-color titanium dioxide mixed matching algorithm was proposed contra posing the relative parameters description and characteristics of multi-base database building algorithm. The algorithm makes the database building and simulation algorithm more complete, broader scope and the process of building a database easier. At the same time, the color matching modify simulation about incomplete cover was proposed, which can modify the color matching when the first formula is not correct for the dark paint. The validity of the multi-color titanium dioxide mixed matching algorithm and the incomplete cover algorithm were verified.(4) Based on the algorithm research, a dark color matching simulation system prototype was designed and implemented. The experiment proved that the prototype system was available. It is right to do the research on the database building, simulation and amendments about dark color matching simulation in paint industry.
