| Chengde is one of the largest mining city. The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources have brought huge economic benefits and significantly prompted the local economy prosperity, social progress and human civilization.However, at the same time, they also brought a large number of geological environmental problems. These problems are not only threat to people's lives, properties but also have affected the overall harmony of social economy and sustainable development.In view of the serious situation, to carry out the mine environmental protection and the study of comprehensive treatment measures in Chengde is urgent and necessary.In this thesis, based on the analysis of the present problems of mine environmental protection and comprehensive treatment in Chengde, we studied the measures of the mine environmental treatment of this city. The main contents are following:Firstly, we concretely introduced the present situations of the exploitation and utilization of mine resources in Chengde as well as the present protection and treatment situations of mine environment. We proposed the problems of mine environment protection and treatment and these will be discussed in detail in the later chapters of this thesis.Secondly, to aim at the problems of the mine environmental protection and comprehensive management in Chengde, the domestic and international experiences and approaches were introduced.Finally, based on the principle of coordinated development of resources and the environment, we proposed the measures of environmental protection and comprehensive treatment: Firstly, evaluate the mine geological environment in this city scientifically and rationally. Secondly, according to the evaluation results in different district of mining environmental impact and the principles of similarity in the same districts and difference in different districts, the districts of mine environment protection and treatment were divided into different classes by considering the severity of mine environmental problems, mine environment intensity and exploration set in accordance. Thirdly, in order to achieve the final target of environment treatment, the above measures can be carried out by combining with advanced mining methods and environmental control technology.Futhermore, in this thesis, the measures of mine geological environment protection of carrying out the major security and comprehensive treatment were also discussed. In these measures, there are establishing the new mechanisms of mine environment protection and treatment related with enterprise responsibility and effective government supervision. And also in these measures the following aspects are included: establishing a mine environmental planning system, carrying out the mine environmental restoration and management deposit system, strengthening the supervision and management, carrying out the comprehensive treatment of mine ecological environment and etc. |
