With the continuous development of modern science and technology, the industry performance requirements of mechanical products have greatly improved.45CrMnMo high manganese steel material with excellent physical and mechanical properties in the oil, aerospace and other industries has been widely used.45CrMnMo tapered pore structure of high manganese steel materials, parts often as oil, aerospace industry, the main part, the high manganese steel materials, pore structure of adjustable boring research to improve the machinery manufacturing level, the development of China's oil, aviation and aerospace Business has an important role.In this study, high manganese steel tapered hole 45CrMnMo as research subjects, high manganese steel tapered hole for 45CrMnMo deep hole boring process has been systematically studied. Cutting through the analysis of 45CrMnMo material and its influencing factors, and according to the special structure of the tapered hole, combined with experience in the processing plant design and manufacture a suitable 45CrMnMo deep structure of the new adjustable boring head. The new deep-hole boring head used in different cutting carried out under the 45CrMnMo Boring adjustable pilot hole through theoretical analysis and experimental study are reasonably new boring head boring head boring geometric parameters and the optimal dosage, and boring cutting processing problems encountered in the analysis, the problem solutions.
