The Preparation And Application Of The Water-based Sealing Primer For Wood

Today,along with the people of the health and environmental requirements are more and more strict,the more requirements of application water-based wood coatings in the furniture industry,but there is no solution to prevent the film bleeding when the water-based coatings are applied on the wood,so there is great resistance to market the water-based wood coatings.Therefore,to carry out research on water-based sealing primer for wood,solve the bleeding problem is very meaningful.In this paper,based on the chemical and physical method,the water-based sealing primer with superior performance was prepared by adding nano-wax emulsion and nano-ZnO,and with the hydrophobic modified resin and hydrophobic coalescents.And the sealing performance was studied by artificial enrichment of tannins,oil and pigment.The effects of nano-wax emulsion and nano-ZnO dosage,film thickness,drying time,construction method and technology on the film sealing performance were investigated.Specific conclusions are as follows:⑴ Use the hydrophobic coalescents,and add hydrophobic agents can improve the hydrophobic performance and the isolation effect of film.The experiment found that waterborne resin B has very low water absorption rate and good early water resistance,with DPnB,and adding 10% PE nano-wax emulsion can effectively decreased the film water absorption rate from 11.3% to 7.4%,and greatly improves the sealing effect of the film;⑵ Add anti-bleeding agents can effectively improve the performance for sealing tannins and grease compounds.The experimental results show that add 13% nano-ZnO can improve the film effect for sealing tannins and grease;⑶ The influence of film sealing performance is not only the formula design,but also in various construction parameters.The experimental results show that the coating parameters such as film thickness,drying time,construction technology and methods have great influence on the sealing effect of the film.The paint quantity ≥120g/m2,drying time ≥5h,by brushing,dipping or wiping construction,or sprayed a water-based white primer before the construction of water-based sealing primer,can ensure the sealing effect of film.
