| Through the analysis of unsafe behavior mechanism of.the people as well as the relevant field theory, the main influence reason of human behavior was obtained, that were operation environment risk field crossed with person's mistake field (including management errors and mistakes). Main influencing factors included work environment hazards, management failure, fault behavior the three aspects.According to the relevant theory of the process of human behavior, human mistakes were analyzed as emphasis. from attention and inattention, Physiological factors, the skill levels y, emotion and motives the four aspects, Summary inductiveness were taken out. The main behavior measurement index had been concluded, includes three dimensions and twenty-six projects. Based on this twenty-six project, the corresponding investigation scale was signed. By using the grey relation entropy and complex element method measurement indexes weights were calculated.According to the behavior response model S-O-R, the black box theory of big system theory and cybernetics related content, the transfer function and external stimuli formula of the person unsafe behavior were determined. Then the person unsafe calculation formula and function and behavior safety coefficient calculation method can be obtained.Through the actual investigation in Xinglongzhuang, Congtan and Nantun, wide and comprehensive data material was acquired. Then behavior safety coefficient of tested personnel was calculated. With the discipline and the illegal gained from actual work and the industrial accident statistics, the unsafe behavior calculation formula was confirmed effectiveness and rationality. Finally using the unsafe behavior calculation formula, security analysis of the coal mine worker was taken out and uses the software system to auxiliary calculation. Base on the analysis results, the main influence cause of its behavior can be indicated. According to the main reason corresponding countermeasures and measures can be adopt. |
