With our country economy sustained, healthy development, the demand for energy is increasing.Coal energy as our country major consumer also faces challenges and opportunities in the international energy environment that the oil prices is increasing day by day. How to use limited resources create the greatest benefit for society and enterprise is a problem for coal processing enterprise.It's studied and analyzed about the optimization of product strcture in Xinglongzhuang coal washing enterprise. According to the sum-up dometic and foreign experiences we hope to establish one reasonable and applicable product structure project for Xinglongzhuang coal washing enterprise, then provide scientific decision-making advices for industry continuable development. Based on the basic theory of enterprise structure and products this paper described the theoty of structural optimization, first, introducted the type of product structure and optimization model. Meanwhile, combining the actual situation of coal preparation enterprises obtained the basic principles of optimization of product structure, analyzed the influencing factors of coal preparation enterprise structural optimization, highlighted the influence factors of concrete quantifiable factors, introduced several types of. the enterprise structure optimization and adjustment.Based on the detailedly comparison and analysis, made clear the structural optimization method of this paper. Finally, as the example with Xinglongzhuang coal washing enterprise, studyed the structure optimize of its products. Based on the cost of the coal products accounted, builted the enterprise product structure optimization model,lastly processed date by the Lindo6.1 software,then did the sensitivity analysis operations. Enhanced the applicability of model,can be practially used by enterprises.
