With the improvement of people's living standard as well as the strengthening of health and environmental protection consciousness, more and more people give the enormous attention to the textile versatility.Using different fiber materials in multicomponent blended yarns, it can make full use of the advantages of various fibers, and realize its performance of complementary.This provides basis for development performance and appearance unique in new multicomponent functional yarn and fabric.Through the reasonable blending ratio and appropriate production craft, then produced yarns with special requirements, this has become a kind of new direction of the currently popular yarn fabric, and this also become one of the important trend of yarn development.The key of a reasonable choice of each component fibers blended and get the optimal performance yarn and the end product is to predict the yarn and final product performance according to the performance of fiber in blended yarn.Five parts are included in this thesis:The fist part has a brief introduction about the purpose and significance of multi-composition fibers blended, the develop and research status in home and abroad, and the research contents and ideas; the second part take anti-pilling acrylic fiber/viloft fiber/milk protein fiber multi-composition blended yarn as an example,which introduced the development of component blended yarn and the spinning process analysis; the third part mainly describes control factors of the multi-composition blended yarn production process technology, which include the influence of blended yarn, determination of blending proportion of blending ratio, and the mix of raw material, the arrangement of the fiber in the yarn; The fourth part mainly analyzed the properties of acrylic fiber/viloft fiber/milk protein fiber multi-composition blended yarn; from the selection, blending and blending countermeasures of raw material to improve the spinning process; and analyzing components of blended yarn from breaking tenacity, elongation at break, hairiness of such performance index. The fifth part Outlines its quality inspection standard.
