1,2,4-triazole is a significant chemical raw material. It is widely used in pesticides, pharmaceuticals, dyes and rubber chemicals industry. Itself has a wide range of biological activities particularly in fungicide, herbicides, plant growth regulators and pesticides. Therefore, triazole compounds, is one of the most active research in synthesis areas in recent years. Such compounds are increasingly concerned about the vast numbers of chemical workers.A triazole ring is produced when a carbon atom in a imidazole ring is replaced by a nitrogen atom. It is heterocyclic with five atoms. Tiazole extensively appears in many drugs and pesticides with the property of lower toxicity than imidazole, and so far a variety of trazole drugs have been used in clinic and agriculture. As an important functional group, triazole receive much favor in chemical field because it has a strong ability of complexing metal ions and forming hydrogen bonds.Schiff base can be used as chelating agent, stabilizer, analytical reagent, catalyst, biological active agent, and is widely used in chemical production and scientific research. Schiff base has antibacterial, bactericidal, anti-tumor, anti-virus, biological activity, and cause much attention for its various structures and coordination chemistry performance which is a physicomaterial performance such as light, electricity and magnesium. If triazole is introduced to schiff base and complexes, there may be an adding cooperation with strong activity. This article gives a general introduction of the production and market , in order to make clear that there is a necessity of the production of the triazoles schiff base. The main content of the experiment is to generating 1,2,4-trizole compound with raw material of M-/Methyl benzoic acid, then aromatic aidehydes are introduced to the triazoles compounds to generating schiff bases which have a better biological activity. In the process of the reaction, the best reacting conditions are determined by consulting a lot of pertinent references in order to improve the yields. Productions are identified and characterised by the means of melting point, NMR, and so on. Finally, The antibacterial activity of synthetic compounds were studied. In addition, the inhibition activity of all the derivatives to copper were investigated.
