Empirical Research For Competitiveness Of The Urban Environment In Hunan Province

Under the pressure of easingly serious social and economic problems caused by environmental pollution and damage and the stagnant in the real economy, environment has become a breakthrough in the new round of science and technology innovation and economic growth,and promote all countries and regions positively seeking new economic development mode. According to economy society in the sustainable,stable and harmonious development tendency,economic strength is not only the mainly comprehensive national strength contest between the competition in different countries and region,long neglected environment also gradually be bolted the international and regional competitive arena. It is not only considered as a regional competition of the elements,but also as the key areas of the debt crisis and The Times after Copenhagen countries and regions in the competition. The economic development of all countries in practice shows that environmental and industrial, financial and all kinds of other economic factors and competitive,environmental competitiveness is closely connected with the economic and social development,and this dimension break through the economic development,more emphasis on the human production,life as the basic elements of the role,and to pay attention to the harmonious development of man and environment,outstanding environment present situation and tendency and potential influence.The theory and method of competitive environment is well controled by the research of environmental competitiveness,not only for the environment problems research showed a new perspective,but also for competitiveness research problem has created a new field,this complied with the trend of world economic development and requirements.In recent years,governments around the world are committed to promoting urban ecological civilization process,constantly improve the urban environment competitiveness,hunan provincial government also advocates constructing "ecological hunan,green hunan".In this article,by the establishment of city environmental competitiveness evaluation index system of hunan province,and through SPSS statistical analysis software to carry on the factor analysis and cluster analysis at the same time,the objective measure each city environmental competitiveness in hunan province and analysis and comparison,clear in our province in each city environment and their status,advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen environmental competitiveness and measures,pointed out the strategy of economic society development direction to each city scientificly. This research is divided into three parts:The first part is the theoretical basis of research,including the first chapter and the second chapter. Discusses the urban environment competitiveness of background and significance,summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant research results, summarized the research methods and research framework.In the second part,the environmental competitiveness evaluation index system is established,including the third chapter. Through the analysis of literature and the actual investigation,specific analysis of urban environmental competitiveness connotation,and determine the urban environment of competitiveness evaluation index system.Choose reasonable sample and clear research methods.The third part is the empirical analysis,including chapter4,chapter5.According to establish evaluation index system,with13cities of hunan province as the research unit,the selection of12indexes,with the aid of SPSS17.0statistical analysis software,using principal component analysis,factor analysis and clustering analysis, urban environmental competitiveness of hunan province level empirically. According to the results of evaluation,we can reach the following conclusion:the13cities in hunan province can be divided into four major categories:strong competitive advantage cities;competitiveness cities;general competitive cities and weak competitiveness cities.First of all,the urban environment comprehensive competitiveness levels below the provincial level in the majority. The competitive level of Changsha is the highest,Xiangtan take the second place.Secondly,this paper analyzed the causes of the differences through the city environmental competitiveness differences and characteristics,and for different areas of the competitive power to obtain the function orientation,from natural and geographical location,infrastructure, economic development level and structure type three big factor of urban environmental competitiveness in hunan province.Finally, The article raised through the innovation mechanism,the adjustment of industrial structure,set up the ecological concept,a low carbon economy and promote the "two" type society construction measures such as steps to improve urban environmental competitiveness in hunan province.
