Reactive Printing Wet Steam Solid Color Technology Research

The wet steaming fixation for printing, that is studied in this paper, means that printing fabric come directly into steamer without drying process. Transfer and Fixation of dyes go on in the wet steaming fixation equipment and the excrescent water is wiped off. Namely, it is in combination with drying and fixation. Research for the technology will call off drying process after printing and effectively reduce energy consumptions at drying. As the fixation of fabric is in the wet condition, the urea has not to be used and avoid environment pollution from it to be blown off. Quality problem will be reduced for the processes to be cut.It is studied that the factor of influencing dye uptake in all-in method printing technology of reaction dye. It is analyzed that the apparent color value is influenced by relative humidity of normal steaming and steaming times. The perfect steaming humidity and time are confirmed to be offered reference gist for wet steaming fixation. From the experimentation of normal steaming of wet printing fabric, the color value, staining character and color fastness all reach the standard of normal printings. It is shown that the normal steaming of wet printing fabric is viable. It is discussed that printing effect is influenced by the technical parameter of wet printing fabric in normal steaming, alkali and urea. The building up properties of dye is tested.Based on the primary research and combined with printing fixation theory and practice and referred to wet steaming dyeing, three kinds of printing wet steaming fixation projects are designed. There are analyzed which the control factors of steaming fixation on wet printing fabric from the projects. It is discussed that printing effect and printing fastness are affected by technical parameter. After being compared with all kinds of projects, the best wet steaming fixation project is ensured and lucubrate is went on. It is analyzed that the change from printing technical parameter tampers with printing chrominance. Comparing with normal printing, the building up properties of dyes at wet steaming fixation is studied. It is set up the dynamic research model of reaction dye printing wet steaming fixation.
