Study Of Low-quality Crude-oil Processing And Strategy Of Crude-oil Procurement By PIMS

With the violent fluctuation increased in the international oil market, crude oil price has great uncertain. Through reducing crude oil processing cost, it can resist the external risk and improve the enterprise itself ability against the crude oil prices fluctuate dramatically. So it is very important to strengthen the cost control of crude oil.Crude oil costs are mainly affected by three factors the crude oil varieties, the technical level of the refining units and product structure.So optimizing crude oil structure, making full use of the device's own ability, improving the processing ability inferior crude oil, has become the key works of the future in China's crude oil processing cost controling.This paper discuss and analysis the main problems which crude oil refining, variety selection, optimizing purchase ect effect on the refining cost existing in the zhenhai crude oil refining processing. For maximizing zhenhai refining & chemical company processing overall profit, PIMS methods was used to the linear programming and the whole process of the conventional measure methods for optimizing the crude oil varieties. Focus on the solution in the optimizing arrangement of the zhenhai crude oil refining structure, crude oil resources optimization problems was studied. On the basis of high quality, the influence of the high acid sulfur heavy crude oil to the production processing was also studied. To find a solution to the optimization of solutions, based on the purchase of the crude oil trade valuation selection, transportation optimization, inventory control factors, some suitable optimizing and purchasing strategy was put forward for zhenhai refining crude oil.Through the effective means such as valuating the price, optimizing the transportation, grasping the reasonable rhythm and controlling the inventory oil capacity, also by sulfur crude oil refining, weight and light proportion collocation, reasonable price, reduce collocation method and so on, to lower the crude oil refining cost, it can be better able to cope with the challange of international crude oil market, and effectively avoid high costs and market risks.
