In oil and gas storage process, requiring heating oil and gas in order to transport, but heating system often have lag characteristics. Because of the existence of pure time-delay, make system of overshoots bigger, and the length of adjust time longer, dead time process was recognized as a difficult control object. But the time-delay systems exist widely in modern industrial process, and it is also an important field of control theory application, so to study the time-delay systems has very important significance. Due to the inherent character of delay determines its control complexity, Therefore this paper proposes the optimization scheduling method of oil and gas electric heating equipment and uses generalized prediction control methods in oil and gas electric heating temperature control application.First, introduces the technical requirements and procedures of heating oil and gas electric heating equipment which is for the oil and gas. Heating pipes running life of oil and gas electric heating equipment is basically the same, in dissatisfaction load operation of cases, some have been running, some idle, which cause electrical heating great overall service life reduced. This paper established the use of optimized control principle electric heating stick in the methods of circular work, and used programmable controller S7-200 achieved great scheduling control electric heating oil, improved the electric heating equipment whole life.Secondly, research and discusses mathematic model of the process of oil and gas electric heating, because the system is too complex, so partitioned modeling of the system, the energy conversion, heat transfer module modeling. Predictive control based on various predictive control model as the foundation, According to the prediction control principle and application conditions of recursive least squares ,using online application conditions of roll optimizing index and feedback self-revised strategy, and strive to effectively overcome influence factors of controlled object ,such as uncertainty, hysteresis and time-varying dynamic, so as to achieve the expected purpose - to reference trajectory input, establish the mathematical model of regression analysis through the recursive least square method, and make the system has good robustness and stability.Finally, based on heating characteristics and the actual situation of oil and gas electric heater, designed a reasonable hydrocarbon electric heater temperature automatic control scheme. We adopt Siemens s7-200 PLC forming a complete hydrocarbon the temperature control system of electric heating equipment, and then do some work for actual debugging.In Weizhou 6-8 platform projects, because the model of this paper and actual system model is consistent, outlet temperature of oil and gas electric heater is smooth. It solves the problem which is that the work time is different, increased oil and gas electric heater working life, obtained the customer high praise, so this system has the certain use value.
