With the rapid development of science and technology, new invention of electronic emerged. The living level and the life quality of human beings have been improved significantly. New electronics offer a lot of convenience to the quick pace of today's life. However, at the same time, the extensive use of electronic products brings great pollution to the environment. A large number of electronic products are eliminated every year in China, such as computer, mobile phone, washing machine and so on. if they are improperly stored, disassembled, utilized or disposed, the harmful materials from the electronic waste will threaten our health and environmental safety seriously. Although China has established some laws and regulations of the electronic to regulate electronic disposal, generally speaking, it is not perfect, and will lead to many difficult-to-solve problems.In order to avoid environmental destruction causing by electronic waste, and to create a harmonious environment, unreasonable disposal of the electronic waste should be ruled by the corresponding law. This is the main object of this article. By the method of historical research and comparative research, the author analyzed the current research of electronic waste at home and abroad. And based on foreign experience, the author provided the legislative suggestions to better manage electronic waste recycling. Which specifically includes the following methods: supplementing the responsibility of producers, operators, consumers and government; managing the recycle of electronics by tax system and market mechanism. Through the study of pollution control, the author intended to promote the sustainable development of environment, to provide legal support for the construction of resource conservation and environment friendly society, and to lay solid foundation for the sustainable development of the economy.
