With the in-depth study of flame-retardant textiles step-by-step,despite halogen-containing flame retardant has good inflaming retarding result,the halogen-contain flame retardant will gradually be replaced by halogen-free ones because it is considered that it will release a large number of suspected toxic gas at the time of using and combustion process,the existence of secondary pollution is another scrupled.The class of phosphorus-containing flame retardant,as a wide range of good application of halogen-free flame retardants,has been the hot spots of global study. Common cotton flame retardants on market are mostly confined for the unfriendly existence to environment of keeping releasing formaldehyde,and this research is committed to environmentally friendly and water-fast cotton use of flame retardants.The basic structure of the skeleton with melamine and polyalkylene-polyamines were respectively designed and synthesized for the specification of anti-wrinkle and flame-retarding.The basic structure of the anti-wrinkle durable flame-retardant finishing agent was synthesized by two methods with two raw materials,one is melamine,another is melamine formaldehyde resin;A series of multi-basic framework structure of polyalkylene-polyamines durable the flame retardants were synthesized by changing the ratio of raw materials and changing functional groups respectively in the latter part of the thesis.The physical nature of the flame retardants were tested by the appearance of the shape,color, viscosity,particle size and volume of solid.The molecular structure of synthesized compounds were identified by means of infrared,elementary analysis etcl,and the influencing factors of the synthesis process were optimized to get the optimal procedure of production.On this basis,the study of application of reactive flame retardants was done,the khaki cotton fabric was choiced in using an ordinary baking rolling finishing,the factors of the amount of flame retardants,curing temperature,pH value,the amount of catalyst and the time immersion were tested in tum,ultimately, the best finishing process was determined.The test of anti-wrinkle properties on cotton fabric was also carried out,and it was found that these flame retardants not only effectively improved the effectiveness of flame-retarding,but also get a certain degree of anti-wrinkle effect,it can be applicated and developed as flame retardant-anti -wrinkle multi-functional finishing agent.In addition,the DSC,TGA,SEM,elemental analysis both purified cotton and flame-retardant finished cotton were tested to analyzed the mechanism of the burning of cotton fabric and the flame-retardant principle of flame retardant finishing of cotton fabrics,the principle gas flame retardant,intumescent flame retardant and co-principle were proved.
