Currently, the method of Marshall compaction is commonly used in the compaction of asphalt mixture, which does not match with vibration rolling and rubbing in the construction of asphalt pavement, resulting in test results are difficult to reflect the performance of asphalt mixture objectively, and can not effectively guide the design and construction of asphalt mixtures. Because of above reasons, the study of asphalt vibration molding method based on ATB-30 is carried out in this paper, which has practical significance. The forms of asphalt pavement and characteristics of early diseases are firstly studied and the methods of Marshall Compaction are analysed in this paper. Secondly, Influence rules on volume parameters and aggregates are investigated by regulating time and frequency on ATB-30. The results indicate that the Vibrating specimen after 30 seconds and Marshall specimen have the same density, the density after 90 seconds of Vibrating specimen is 1.02 times than that of the Marshall specimen, which is almost equal to the actual rolling density. Thirdly, based on the vibration test methods to research on asphalt mixtures' performance of ATB-30, the results show that the road performance after 30 seconds of Vibrating specimen is close to Marshall specimen, but the splitting strength of Vibrating specimen under 15℃after 30 seconds is 1.37~1.47 times than that of the Marshall specimen, the road performance after 90 seconds of Vibrating specimen is superior to the Marshall specimen, compressive strength of Vibrating specimen is 1.17~1.79 times than that of the Marshall specimen while the splitting strength Vibrating specimen is 1.15~1.37 times than that of the Marshall specimen.
