With the continuous development of social productivity and people's material life level unceasing enhancement, our number, area wider both residential building ubiquitous high energy consumption of the poor, comfort, the rising of building energy consumption has affected the economic development of our country. Meanwhile, global energy crisis and increasingly heavier environment problem is threatening our homes to the survival of humans and backward production mode and generally improving the living comfort requirements, makes our total energy consumption has soared. Growth huge building energy consumption, China's national economy has become huge burden of old buildings, energy saving transformation become an economic development of important about our work.The dividing line is in the south of eqm qinling area north of qinling area and, from the look of the zoning, thermal belongs to cold areas and hot summer and cold winter zone, corresponding modification measures of energy saving are different. But because the two regions belong to their respective boundary and transition zone division, from the existing residential building energy-saving standards, this paper divides the ruggedly way, and now it will have certain one-sided. So, need to the adjacent energy-saving reform measures in the two areas thinning and thrust, solve the limitations of roughly divided.Both residential energy-saving reform on research, single cold areas and hot summer and cold winter zone has more research material, this paper is in the south of qinling area of existing residential buildings on the basis of investigation and cold region and the north qinling qinling is in the south of the hot summer and cold winter zone transition zone between comparative study, status quo and residents from the building energy-saving reform intentions, their respective residential building energy-saving design standard analysis, field environment test content, comparing, analyzing, and summed up the more suitable for exterior wall, roof, doors, Windows, and stair of warm-keeping energy saving transformation, and the modification, then must pay attention to the key points from the palisade structure transformation, and puts forward the level for regional transformation measures.
