The Comparative Study On The Difference Of Landscaping And Greening In Residential Area Between The North China And The South China

This paper is firstly conducted for the purposes of analyzing and explaining the residential garden landscape’s basic definition, basic elements, important effect, fundamental mode, fundamental principles as well as significant issues in today’s residential landscape construction.Basic on the theoretical support, This essay created a field survey of four classic community greening landscapes in the south (Shanghai Williams Apartment and Nanchang Fandun Apartment) and the north of China (Tianjin Panshifang villa and Shenyang Green Neighborhood). And it is going to individually focus on the analysis and comparison of principles in greening landscape creation, layout design, humane implication, construction technology and maintenance management, etc. As a result, obvious differences between the north and south of China including style, features, cultural connotations, scenery layouts, plant configuration, settings for landscaping, construction and insulation moisture conservation is generated.
