Complexing of cargo vehicles and increasing of heavy vehicles is causing that Logistics Channel can't meet the requirement of pavement, especially early stage destruction of pavement fatigue and ruts result from severe phenomenons of vehicle overrun and overload,which makes it eager for us to increase the pavements'life span and service level.Combined with engineering practice,this paper firstly makes analyses on load figures and axle load conversion formulas etc.Analyzes the reasons that result in destruction of structural logistics channel pavement,chooses appropriate construction materials according to Shenyang's climate properties,makes soillime treatment in sections lack of soil base's intensity to make sure that the soil base's intensity overing 40Mpa.Secondly,refers to recommended pavement structure combination in standard, makes three semi-rigid asphalt pavement structures as initial drafts fit for logistics channel,investgates the sensibilities three pavement structures in horiziontal force and load,chooses the best structure among three structures from mechanical aspect,and then,makes an economical evaluation on the selected pavement structure and puts forward the optimum structure type of logistics channel pavement.Heavy traffic is the major factor leads to pavement destruction.This essay firstly starts from natural regionalization,uses AC-16C in surface cource,important logistics channels consider taking SMA-16;uses AC-20C in middle course and uses AC-25F in subbase,cement stabilized macadam is used as base material and cement stabilized macadam or cement stabilized macadam together with graded broken stone are used as subbase course material. Secondly, through mechanical calculating and analysing,the result shows that shear force under effect of vertical force and horiziontal force is far bigger than shear force only under vertical force,and it beyongs requirements of allowable shear force,thus,shear forces' influence shoule be considered in panement designing. Finally,the paper analyses the sensibilities that horiziontal forces and loads act on pavement structure,makes economical benefit evaluation on this project and recommends the ultimate pavement structure as Shenyang's logistics channel pavement structure type which takes cement stabilized macadam as the subbase course material.
