With the growing energy crisis, new energy can provide building with power,heating,cooling and so on, greatly reduce energy consumption and environment pollution, it will be the direction of building sustainable development.Currently, the study on the new energy in building is rare, especially the research which adopt the intelligent technology to monitor and manage new energy system is still blank. so, this paper has a detailed research on how to use new energy in Intelligent Building and how to monitor, manage and measure new energy system.First, through comprehensive analysis and research on the new energy technologies, it summarizes the solar energy technologies and GSHP(Ground Source Heat Pump)available, and studies their application methods in Intelligent Building.Second, the paper studies how to use intelligent means to implement unified monitoring, measurement and management of new energy system in Intelligent Building, and it analyzes every energy system's monitoring requirements and measurement needs, designs the monitoring systems. With all of them included in Building Automation System, the content of Intelligent Building is greatly enriched.Third, the new energy systems are integrated into the Building Management System by use of SynchroBMS software. The design and development of monitoring interface make it easier to manage and maintain the new energy system in Intelligent Building; then integrate new energy systems into the Intelligent Building Integrated Management Platform using SynchroIBMS WEB software of synchrotime real-time information portal system, after counting and analyzing the real-time monitoring data, it analyzes energy flow direction, energy production and consumption of new energy systems. Than, the conclusion of energy-saving effect on the system is given quantitatively.Finally, there is a summary of the paper, and propose future research direction.This paper proposes intelligent building new energy applications and assessment, designs the new energy measurement and monitoring system, and integrates it into the Intelligent integrated system platform. It completes new energy assessment through energy consumption statistics and analysis.This expands the contents of the intelligent building system, enriches and improves the connotation of the intelligent building; meanwhile, it is in line with the era theme of low carbon and environment protection. What's more, it provides theoretical research foundation and implementation methods for the new energy application in Intelligent Building, and also provides a technical basis for the improvement of new energy regulations and policies. So it has high practical value and political value.
