The energy situation is very tense. Reserves of oil, coal and other kinds of energy are depleting gradually. Energy consumptions and energy waste are also increasing with the development of all walks of life. In addition, thermal power and other capacity mode of damaging to the environment is also exacerbating the greenhouse effect. Energy efficient, reasonable use has become a problem urgent to solve.In this paper, state a energy management systems of industrial park building in Guangzhou. The industrial park will be integrated three directions of key technologies:green energy and energy saving, emission reduction and ecological, intelligent monitoring and management. It is a eco-energy planning, application and engineering demonstrationFirst, the main configuration of the system is described from both hardware and software platform.I. Hardware platform:according to the layout of the building, describing the framework and networking of the system master and slave; CPU-226CN slave as the core to describe the Modbus bus protocol in detail; the single-phase smart electricity meter, network electric power meter, serial device servers, electricity network bridge, temperature and humidity sensors, illumination meter, uninterruptible power supply and Siemens touch screen and other bottom equipment are introduced one by one.2. Software platform:the iFIX configuration software as the energy management systems monitoring software, SQL server database software for data recording and documenting. In addition, the programming software STEP7-Micro/Win software on the CPU-226CN and programming software WinCC flexible software on touch screen are also described.Second, integrate new energy equipment and traditional energy equipment into the system.1. Describe the principle of generate electricity and mode of grid which are belong to the park’s new energy equipment-mainly the photovoltaic power making common electricity system briefly. At the same time install monitoring equipment to its real-time monitoring. Not only can monitor the operating status can also adjust its operating mode, so that it is in the best run state. The system can monitor energy production real-time and add up the capacity of that period by the time. Then will get better operating parameters after analyzing. So the system can assign reasonably the proportion of traditional and new energy.2. Install monitoring modules for park’s traditional energy-consuming equipment, such as low-voltage distribution system, lighting system, air conditioning system, elevator system and make a network with iFIX master station. The master station can real-time monitor, record power consumption, draw trends, and also to predict the future power consumption. When equipment runs in abnormal power consumption, the system will give different levels of warnings to operators. It can also according to the real-time environment to automatically adjust to make it into the different run modes.Finally, combine with the existing theory, a feasible energy management and energy analysis program can be fully prepared for the follow-up work. Then, use during the test run data, estimated emission reductions and economic benefits.
