Research On The Public Service Facilities' Allocation Of Urban Community In Chengdu

Community public service facilities is the basic guarantee of the daily life of urban residents. People's living standard rising with the deeper promotion of the market economic system, and the community demand for public services there has changed fundamentally. furthermore, the development of science and technology have profound influence to the community public service facilities. Characteristics of build public support and external demand have changed, and the conflict between the existing national standards and the fact become more and more prominent.This thesis takes the public community service facilities in Chengdu as studying object. The author collect data of the typical public community service facilities by using Field Survey method and conduct urban residents'Satisfaction Degree Survey and Request & Willing Survey on public community service facilities via Questionnaire Survey Method, on order to finding out practical problems existing in public community service facilities of Chengdu, and then analyses the public community service facilities in Chengdu from various perspectives of human's demands as well as their transformation, the influential factors of city location, according to urban geographical and cultural features and the variation of political system, and so on.The research results achieved is compared with the national construction standards and the "Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standards", it is found that community public construction must aim at the fundamental needs of people and reflect the principle of social justice, focusing on local features and the times characteristics. The community public construction should according to the use of community features and respect the role of the market economy deployment. The author put forward the thought that the daily use of the residents made public construction in accordance with the needs of travel time away from the idea of space allocation, and meet the consumer multi-level demand.The paper aims to provide a degree of reference for the revising of "Code of urban Residential Areas Planning & Design", and also give some reference to the community building and community planning, the similar plain city, and the southern city of appropriate climate.
