Winter in recent years,Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan's ice storm had grew greatly. People's life was inconvenient and great losses because of road congestion .This article is in such a context and carries out research in combining with elventh-five-year National Science And Technology Support Project'anticoagulant research of wet ice mountain plateau in Yunnan Guiyang and Sichuan .Flexible asphalt concrete of self–stress is using dry rubber in the asphalt mixture by adding particles. It increases the flexibility of the hubrid materials . Different sizes of rubber particles cause the different flexibility . It can make the ice cracking or even breaking . This is a new type of road to solve the ice condensate. This paper describes the self-stress elasticity of asphalt concrete forming principle and de-icing mechanism. When rubber particles added to the asphalt mixture, the effect will produce expanding. The large particles are as the existence of aggregate and small particles are dissolving and expanding with the asphalt , which is increasing the cohesive force of the mixture. We find that the self-stress asphalt concrete's rebound rate is proportional with the size of load and the height of temperature .Then according to the stress of the Marshall, using laboratory test machines, which measured the self-stress elasticity of asphalt. At the same time, the performance of concrete is measured. For example,High temperature stability, its ability to resist water damage and anti-aging properties. This new type of road has a good road performance. Finally, based on the laboratory, author proposed the evaluation method of ice damage and analyzed the impact of ice damage factors.
