The daily temperature difference in northwestern my country is large,the winter is cold and dry,and roads are becoming more and more icy,leading to a significant increase in traffic accident rates.In order to guarantee people's safe travel,based on the equal volume design method,a rubber particles micro-surface mixture with snow-melting and deicing function has been developed.The research is mainly carried out from three aspects: mix ratio design,road performance,snow-melting and ice-breaking performance.The specific research is as follows:The design study of the mix ratio of the rubber particles micro-surface mixture shows that the cement content has a certain effect on the road performance of the rubber particles micro-surface mixture.When the cement content is 2%,the various performance indicators at the rubber particles micro-surface are in compliance with the standard;as the amount of rubber particles increases,the cohesion of the rubber particles micro-surface gradually decreases.When the optimal amount of rubber particles is 4%,The cohesion of the rubber particles micro-surface mixture can meet the requirements of fast open traffic;the optimal oil-stone ratio at the rubber particles micro-surface is determined by the wet wheel abrasion test and load wheel adhesion sand test.After adding rubber particles,the low-temperature crack resistance and sliding resistance of the micro-surface mixture are significantly improved,but its wear resistance,water stability and rutting resistance gradually decrease with the increase of the content of rubber particles;At the same content,the road performance of rubber particles with large particle size is better than those with small particle size.The load wheel crushing ice breaking test shows: compared with the ordinary micro-surface,the rubber particles micro-surface has the characteristics of ice-breaking.The larger the particle size of the rubber particles,the more the amount is added,and the thinner the ice layer is,the better the ice-breaking effect is. |
