Research And Application Of Power Grid Planning Database And Load Forecasting

Power grid planning is an important part of power system planning, the required data is the basis of Power grid planning. It will directly influence the load forecast whether these data are complete and accurate, and the results will also affect the planning reasonable, economical and scientific.This paper made a comprehensive analysis of requirement of power grid planning database and load forecast, and introduces the database strcture and the data table structure in detail, finally introduces several main module's form design and program realization. This paper aiming at the characteristic of large amount of data of the power grid planning, not easy to collect, vulnerable, and bad management, researches power grid planning database, uses the Visual Basic 6.0 as the main development tools, Microsoft SQL Server2000 as backend database, designes the power grid planning management system. This system can be very convenient for data adding, deleting, inquirying, refreshing, computing etc, and can output the corresponding excel form. Thus, it can not only prevent data loss and error, convenient management, but also save a lot of time, reduce a lot of manpower resources, also give more detailed planning personnel to provide the exact data. Planning personnel can analysis of the operation of the electric properties according to the data, find out the present existing problems in power, for convenient conductting annually, and ensuring planning is accurate and scientific.This paper also studies the load forecasting method and the programming, so it can be very convenient to use computer make load forecast, instead of the artificial hand count, the operation is simple,and not easy to go wrong. Urban distribution network planning management system uses a variety of load forecasting methods, such as natural growth rate method, big user+ natural growth rate method, branch line of business, township zoning, zoning, elastic coefficient method, gray theory method etc. several method, can combine in actual application of local circumstances, choose suitable prediction methods. Through verification the system has good practicability. The computer technology and network technology used in power grid planning,system usering C/S(client/server) strcture,power grid planning information collection management can be online, can improve the present backward planning means and methods, very suitable for "big planning" planning method.
