Rolling vibration test bench is the important equipment for the test of the high-speed vehicle. The track-wheel profile and roundness error influence the test result. So the study of the portable track-wheel profile and roundness measuring instruments is important to the normal work of the rolling vibration test bench. This paper is about the development of the portable track-wheel profile and roundness measuring instruments through the abroad reference.Firstly, study the five connecting rods concept measurement model for the measurement of the track-wheel profile. The roller on the end of the five connecting rods rolls on the track-wheel profile, and can drive the rotation of the photoelectric encoders. The photoelectric encoders acquire the angle information, and the track coordinates can be got through the calculation with the angle information and the known length of the five connecting rods. The measured profile can be got by the radios compensation of the track coordinates.Simulated the performance of the five connecting rods measuring the track-wheel profile in matlab and built the principle model of the measuring. Optimized the mechanical parameters based on a rolling test platform and designed the mechanical structure of the track-wheel profile measuring instrument. Analyzed the measuring error using the modern error theory, designed the calibration experiment, and got the inaccuracy of the track-wheel profile measuring instrument. The data acquisition module communicates with the data processing terminal PDA through Bluetooth. Finished the application programming in the PDA, realized the data processing and displaying.Secondly, developed the track-wheel roundness measuring instrument. Detect the track-wheel roundness using the electricity eddy displacement sensor. Connect the axle of the photoelectric encoder and the axle of the track-wheel, so that the photoelectric encoder can collect the rolling angle of the track-wheel. The data acquisition module recognizes the rolling angle and controls the data storage of the electricity eddy displacement sensor. The data of the electricity eddy displacement sensor is sent to PDA through Bluetooth. The PDA processes the data and displays the final results.Designed the roundness measuring principle algorithm. Finished the calibrate experiment of the electricity eddy current displacement sensor. Finished the programming of the data processing algorithm in PDA. Analyzed the measuring inaccuracy of the track-wheel roundness measuring instrument. And completed a roundness measuring experiment on the Vehicle wheel and gave the report processing. |
