Energy problems are more and more concerned by people, and our power station is mainly Coal-fired plants. Electric power industry as an energy dissipation one , therefore has the effect that cannot ignored on energy consumption and saving. At present, in the aspect of transmission, percentage of line loss is relatively higher than some developed countries, which reflects the Power grid's level about designing, production and management. Reduce the percentage of line loss is an important task for China power department. Decrease the line loss is not only in favour of Environmental protection but also can save large expenditures , which have very important theoretical and realistic significance.In connection with the line loss problem which Qing long Country is faced with,the article acquires the relevant data of the research on line loss by data researching.Combined with the situation of Qing long Power Supply Company,the measurements to lower distribution network loss are taken from technology and management aspects.Analyzing the QingLong line loss problems from technological aspect ,we choose power supply voltage reasonably, choose the right capacity and type of transformer, the scheme determination of wiring householder, determine the power supply and the radius of power supply , determine Low voltage user load distribution and the quantity of phase, determine the section and material of the wire and determine the reactive power compensation mode ,so as to improve line loss problems, and win a good effect. In the management aspect, the management mode of line loss points transformer area and the newtype line loss management method of points "3 tall one low" has been adopted. by contrast analysis, they proved the validity and feasibility of the management idea. Based on comprehensive technical measurement and management measurement , the upstanding result are ultimately achieved by adopting load management system including load control, remote reading, data analysis and power check.
