Substation system is on the trend of automation development. Currently, a number of relevant substation automation system products have emerged, such as primary intelligent equipment and secondary internet equipments, which accelerate the development of the substation automation system. Substation automation system is based on IEC61850 standard, which unifies the substation system communications protocol, the unification of substation equipment specifications, unifies the structure of the substation, which is a crucial step in substation internationalization. The results are as follows:The dissertation analyzes the current characteristics and situation of digital substation and makes an induction about its prospect. What's more, the thesis expounds the whole structure of system IEC61850-9-2 and makes a overall implementation program.This dissertation has designed a circuit board centered on ARM9200 microprocessor and explained the working mode of each circuit module, finally the hardware circuit was debugged successfully.Based on IEC61850-9-2 system,program is analyzed and simulated in the dissertation. The IEC61850-9-2 is provided by Dongnan University and Jiangxi Electricity Science Research Institution. Finally, the author has debugged the circuit board during substation process, and the results of this project will be directly used and researched into the substation.The implementation of IEC61850-9-2 system can promote the development of substation automation system in some degree, which makes the operation lower the configuration and costs, and meanwhile improve the performance of power supply.
