With the development of industrialization, vehicle exhaust has become a major source of urban pollution. The fast charging of electric vehicles is one key to determine whether the electric vehicles will instead the internal combustion engine vehicle in the future. My thesis designs a high power factor, high efficiency, energy-saving car battery fast charge systems to solve the power of rapid supplementary question that the user need to use electric vehicles at once and the power of electric vehicles is low. System includes Voltage-type PWM rectifier in charging station and the reversible DC/DC converter in the car.The object of fast charging is batteries, so given the principle analysis, mathematical modeling, etc of lead-acid batteries in the second chapter of this paper. Comparison of various charging methods, finally obtained the fast charge solution-depolarizing pulse fast charging.There is a reversible PWM rectifier in charging station. It can achieve unity power factor, energy flow in both directions and the regulator output. It shows the analysis of its Working principle and Mathematical Model and control method for depolarizing pulse fast charging. Given the simulation of the double closed loop PWM Rectifier based on vector control.Depolarizing pulse fast charging requires two-way flow of energy, the reversible DC/ DC converters in the car can achieve it. When charging the battery, DC/DC converter works in buck chopper mode; when the battery is discharging with reverse polarization, it works in Boost chopper mode, configured with a PWM rectifier in charging station, energy could back to grid, and will not cause waste. My thesis shows a detailed analysis of this process of the charge and discharge and the control circuit. Using the actual parameters of electric vehicles to calculate the circuit parameters. Given the DC/DC converter simulation in Chapter III.In the fifth chapter of my thesis, it gives a detailed analysis of the design of the control system hardware and software.In the sixth chapter of my thesis, it gives the PWM rectifier experiment and the experimental waveforms.
