To choose reasonable construction method and to adopt scientific analysis are the key problem which can ensure the structure safety. Space structure,with its many advantages,such as reasonable stress,light weight,low manufacturing cost,various from etc.,has been widespreadly used in civil Engineering . Meanwhile,as the structure from getting complicated and the span getting large,it also puts forward more and more requests to the construction techniques. The construction process of space structure is dynamic one with continuous change of the shape and stress,thus the most dangerous state of the structure usually comes large during the construction process. The traditional design way aims at the design stage,which takes no account of the construction influence,it is difficult to reflect that real stress feature of the structure. It is rather difficult to take whole range analysis for the structure during the construction process, because of the factors affected the behaviors of the structure during the process are influenced each other. At present,theoretical studies on construction analysis are still insufficient and unsystematized.In this paper, taking the construction process for the International Gansu Convention and Exhibition Center as the research objective, the main contents are as followed:1)Based on the data file of numerical analysis from ANSYS , object-oriented simulation software with the language of Visual C ++ is complied by the anther, 3-dimensional modeling and visual checking of the calculation model with high efficiency are realized according to the Object-oriented program design method,MFC application framework and 3-dimensional graphics standard library OpenGL, which can display the stress contour etc.2) The stress and strain relations were undertaken by the equipment of data record with the wireless system from DH3819 in the field for the construction process of Gansu Convention and Exhibition Center , which provides the support of data for Simulation software . 3) Using object-oriented simulation software of Visual C++ complied by the anther, the whole lifting process of the steel truss is monitored in real-time according to the judgment comparison between real-time trial data and calculation results from the numerical analysis, which determined by the reasonable range for stress and strain in the main truss members during the lifting process, which can avoid damages the initial stress on the structure members. The simulation software compiled by author can provide an intuitive decision-making tool for optimizing construction plan and guide construction process management.
