The application of Manufacture Execute System(MES) in manufacturing enterprises become more and more mature, and the effect become greater, MES have turn into mainstream software about shop floor control. With the use of MES, the manager of enterprise can achieve function on workshop as follows: visual productive process, real-time production data and refined management, by this means, the percent of pass of product, productivity effect and quality of product has enhanced.In this paper, a open integrated and expandable MES has been designed and exploited, this MES base on .NET framework, research automotive assembly line of Jiangling Holdings Limited as background. Flexible data acquisition technology facing mixed flow assembly production is researched in detail, function model of data acquisition technology is proposed, the model and the controlling means of the mixed-model production line is post in this paper, the function of data acquisition on MES is accomplished finally. In this paper, according to the characteristics of enterprise reporting, author put forward a ideology that break down a report into multiple row object and then add the corresponding row object embedded report or cell, this idea has greatly enhanced the efficiency and normal of generating a report; in function, process of generating a report is divided into report structural layer, and data integration layer, through visual report structure design and data integration on parameter passing, achieve to a complete user-defined report generation successfully. Because of the application of this MES, the production rate of automobile assemble production in Jiangling Holdings Limited has been improved greatly, waiting time in automobile assemble production has been cut down by a large margin, real time monitoring and information feedback mechanism are established, so that improve efficiency of shop floor control and reduce the quantity of body part keeping long in stock.
