| The NOSA management system contains the safety management standard of the production and operating activities process of enterprise and staffs. It takes health,safety and environmental as the goal. This system was established by South Africa Occupational Safety Association in 1951, it is abbreviated as NOSA, it pays attention to the concept of people-oriented and constantly improve, based on risk management and process control, that has a profound significance to promote enterprise's level and quality of safety management.Combined with the safety management of Xinyang power supply company, we focus on analyzing the weak links of company safety production and the reason of producing potential safety hazard, based on the Three standard of quality, safety and environment. Aiming at these problems, this paper demonstrates the necessity of introducing the management system of NOSA. In order to adjusts to the requirements of big safety involved in"three integration five big", established by State Grid Corporation Of China, We found the platform and tools of safety management with high maneuverability and practical, based on integrating "three standard" system and NOSA management theory, finally to establish the application system of comprehensive, process, standard and science for the company's safety management. This paper mainly makes an empirical research about the application of NOSA theory in the safety management of Xinyang power supply company, with collecting a variety of safety problem that the production team encounted under new situation, establish and perfect the scientific scheme of safety quality detail control, then provides a best practice solution from the angle of science of application for power supply enterprise by identifying and controlling the risk points. Finally, The paper puts forward a feasible suggestion to improve the quality of safety management of Xinyang power supply, through the application of NOSA management theory and method. |
