At this new era, to enchance the army's ability to win in local war under informatization condition and to enchance the army's ability in military operations other than war are the two key missions facing the army. As a branch of engineer troops, the mission of Zhouqiao forces is to overcome river obstacles, including engineering support of river crossing, rescue and relief work, and the safeguarding of the people's lives and property security. The importance of the engineering support of the Zhouqiao forces of river crossing is getting increasingly prominent. But seeing from the recent rescuing missions that Zhouqiao forces took part in, it can be drawed that the construction especially the informationization of the Zhouqiao forces is in great need of improving.Based on the significance of the river-crossing support mission that taken by Zhouqiao forces and the drive of this study, aiming at the characteristics of the mission environment that Zhouqiao forces undertake its missions in the future, this thesis analyzes the demand indicators of the informatization construction of Zhouqiao forces and the necessity demand of the crossing site information system. Based on this, the thesis makes a plan for the crossing site information system and analyzes the data process of the system. The vehicle schedule model of the crossing site is also discussed in the thesis.Applying the technique of the design and development of the information system, and aiming at the practical demand of the Zhouqiao forces, this thesis studies the information system of the crossing site, and makes the overall plan, structural analysis, and decision support analysis of the system, gives the crossing site information system an concrete description. Then, the thesis fully discusses the subject of vehicle control in the crossing site information system, and builds a vehicle control model of the crossing site based on queuing theory. A case study is also introduced in this thesis.
