| Tianjin Wudadao historical district is one of the important areas with urban features and also one of the best preserved historical districts in Tianjin and even in China. The perfect preservation of the style and characteristics, architecture, space forms of the street is a significant name card of Tianjin's culture and China's as well during the past century in modern times. As time goes by with the rapid development of economy of the city, Wudadao historical district is facing various problems as well, such as infrastructure fatigue, population structure changes, functional alternation, and architectural quality declination and so on. Indeed, Wudadao area has benefited from the protection of the government and local people, with its architecture, space form and the style and characteristics being effectively preserved. However, there has been a series of disharmony between the social and economic contents carried by Wudadao historical district and the process of assimilation of the new and excretion of the old in the development of the city. Therefore, how to recognize the relation between these non-material dynamic elements and relatively static material elements has become an indispensable procedure to sort through the regularities of operation rules in the interactive mechanism and work out policies of protection, reconstruction and rejuvenation for the next step.In this paper, by using space analytic technique like the space syntax, I will try to find out the interactive-dynamic balance relation with the material elements through the research in the theology of spatial configuration theory and the latest progress together with the digital simulation and quantitative analysis of the non-material dynamic factors of historic districts to determine the mutual influences of the system and regularizes and provide a basic analysis and a research way for further planning and research.The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter defines the research target and contents; the second chapter serves as the theoretical basis for the research to compare and analyze related theories, practice and research approaches of the influencing factors. The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the core contents of the paper, which put forward the influencing factors and its balance relation of the protection and renewing of Wudadao historic district. The fifth chapter elaborates the application and evaluation of influencing factors system of Wudadao historic district, proposes a real-time dynamic working mode of prediction, establishes dynamic simulation and a prediction system, which will be an approach to the understanding, planning, management and assessment of historic districts. At last, improvement and assumption on my research will be put forward based on past researches and the latest theory development. |
