In this paper, the idea of Adaptable Design(AD) is introduced to the design of electromechanical product, the general AD method is applied in the design of air tightness detection equipment to meet the demand of enterprises. By means of planning product family and type sets, establishing fully parametric and digital model, building AD platform based on the PDM platform to realize the transformation of demand and the seamless integration of product design, analysis simulation and manufacturing. Then make the equipment structure optimized, performance stable and variant quickly. And transform the mode of production from single customization to mass customization. So the core competitiveness of enterprise is enhanced. The main aspects are as follows:Systematically describe the idea of the adaptable design and adaptable product platform, research the general process of AD. On this basis, a detailed study on the AD process of air tightness detection equipment is done.Summarize the information of the product demand and plan the product family of the air tightness detection equipment. Establish the function structure chart and then divide the equipment into modules. Create the model of modules and describe the management method of the model. On this basis, research the model series expansion method of the air tightness detection equipment on the base of module matrix. According to modular technology based adaptable design, establish a flexible coding system, and simplify the management of module information.Introduce the concept and the process of Finite Element Analysis(FEA) in detail. Analysis the key component of the air tightness detection equipment by means of FEA based on the SolidWorks Simulation. Then the performance of the equipment is verifiedThe AD platform realized technology based on CAD/CAE/PDM is researched. Firstly introduce the overall characteristics, process structure and development framework. Then do thorough research on the key technologies of the software development and propose the implementations. Self-adaptive entropy weight grey correlation algorithm is used for information retrieval which is a key point in the development of software system. |
