The Construction And Development Technique Of Modular Adaptable Design Platform Of Mechanical Product

Modular design is one of the key techniques to achieve product diversification and rapid design, which theory and methods are being developed and amended. This dissertation has put forward the construction theory and development method of modular adaptable design platform based on current theories and practices.In chapter one ,through referring to lots of literature , the key point is to research the related contents of modular design, such as the study content of modular design, the progress of domestic and oversea study etc. In the same time, the purpose, meaning and study method of building the modular adaptable design platform have been provided.Chapter two studies firstly the basic theory of adaptable design, and then puts forward some concepts such as degree of match and degree of adapt, builds the theory model of modular adaptable design platform according to this theory, prepares to the theory to develop the system.Chapter three mainly studies how to build the three child systems of modular adaptable platform which to customize modular design system including platform framework building child system , product solution design child system and design resource management child system based on the theory of chapter two.Chapter four addresses the research on key technologies of building of modular adaptable design platform, include uniform model language which be used to construct software frame and code rule of modular design system etc.In chapter five, the modular adapted design platform has been developed and the function model of system has been constructed. This chapter also presents the main functions, the integrated development environment, the total construct and the design program of this software. Finally, it describes the function and application process of software using concrete sample.The modular adaptable design platform has been built on research on different modular design methods and concrete modular design projects, it provides uniform data structure, uniform design program. A modular design system will be built need only to make a little of expand using this software platform. The most useful point of this software is to release the design engineer from the heavy works of software design, so the design engineer can concentrate himself to modular design of product.
