In the situation of the automotive market close to saturation in Europe, theUnitedStates andJapan, therapid development of Chinaautomotiveindustrybecomeparticularly noticeable while China has one of continuously rapid developingeconomies. Incidentally, other industries in relation to automotive industry alsodevelop rapidly. Automotive logistics industry as a market segment of logisticsindustry, owingtoits complexityof thelogistics process, fast response,high accuracyrequirements, professional services and other characteristics, has been considered themost complex logistics activities. With the rapid development of China's automobileindustry, while today cost control has been more and more important, automotivelogistics cost control also become increasingly the focus of attention. How to reducelogistics costs and enhance logistics efficiency has become a must facing and solvingproblemforautocompanies,andautomotivelogisticscompanyisthekeytosolvethisproblem.At the present time, in the domestic automotive logistics sector the commonproblems include: industry system is imperfect and regional barriers is obvious;logistics services is imperfect; lack of advanced technology; logistics and resourceutilizationisinadequate,etc.ChangchunFAWInternationalLogisticsCenter,whichisa wholly-owned subsidiary company of the FAW Import and Export Corporation, hasmodern logistics facilities. After more than ten years of continuous development andgrowth since its inception in 1997, Changchun FAW-ILC has grown into large-scalethird-party automotive spare parts logistics company. In view of current marketdevelopment opportunities and existing industry challenges, how ChangchunFAW-ILC makinguseof its ownstrengths, overcomingweaknesses andshortcomingsand building development strategies to achieve sustaining development of enterprisesisthemajorresearchcontentinthispaper.This paper first describes briefly the basic situation and development course ofChangchun FAW International Logistics Center. Then, the economy, politics, society,technology and environment these five enterprise-outside factors are analyzed one byone from macroscopic perspective. Also, industry structure and industry development trends are analyzed as enterprise middle-scope perspective. And then, someenterprise-inside factors such as customers, competitors, potential competitors,suppliers, third-partyindustry, etc. are analyzed from microcosmic perspective. All ofabove factor analysis form a three-dimensional external factor evaluation matrix(EFE).Next,basingontheanalysisofachievement,internalresource,valuechain,etc.oftheenterpriseformainternalfactorevaluationmatrix(IFE).By comprehensive analysis of EFE and IFE, this paper forms the ChangchunFAW-ILC key strategic element matrix, makes sure clearly business strategy positionand short-term strategic goal, depicts enterprise strategy map and forms feasiblestrategy implementation project: depending on establishing strategy human resourceand applying innovative strategies, to actualize corporate strategic developmentsupportcapabilitiesandtopromoteenterprisetoachievestrategicgoals.
